Project overview

King St. Wharf Precinct 3 is located in a bustling location famous for its harbour views, cafes, bars and restaurants. Visitors from overseas flock to the area and workers frequently lunch there.
The external façade had become jaded over the past 14 years and because of the extremely complex design of the architecture even conventional scaffolding was posing big problems for the required repaint.

Our team at CPR/FUS executed a plan that allowed all of the current restaurants to stay open during the complete works period. The quiet and un-invasive nature of our Scaffold-Free process also meant minimal interruptions for the occupants.

The total repaint was completed in under 8 weeks and the finished building looks awesome.
Jobs rarely come more complicated but due to the extensive experience of our engineers and project managers combined with the skills displayed by our hard working tradesmen and access technicians, the job was completed safely without incident and to the highest standard.
The outcome delivered a beautiful finish on all woodwork and metal structures and a very happy client.

Testimonial

Thank you for the warranty and I would like to congratulate CPR on a successful project. Though we had a couple of tenant related issues, overall, the client is happy with the outcome.
