Mondrian Apartments was completed in 2002 and is the most eco responsive living environment in Green square. It is an innovative design that set new standards for environmental design. However, after almost 15 years since original completion the paintwork on the exterior was looking its age and in need of a repaint.

Given the intricate design of the exterior of the main buildings, Mondrian posed a number of challenges including many protrusions from the base walls and balconies, metal shade awnings, metal roofs and gutters that all needed to be protected prior to works starting.

However, our experienced teams at CPR/FUS are most familiar with even the hardest of challenges and this project was executed speedily, safely and with absolute minimal intrusion to the owners and building managers.

The outcome delivered a freshly painted building with modern colours which enhanced the external aesthetics to their highest level. The owners were delighted.
