Project overview

Miss Judy Ward, the Chairwoman on the EC of an old 1960’s style nine-storey block of apartments in Cremorne NSW, was talking to a variety of building contractors and remedial specialists for a costing to render and paint the brick facade (over 2,500 m2). The building was dull looking and the dark mouldy brickworks made the property look more like an old factory than a home for the residents and owners.

Miss Ward had collected a number of quotes but was shocked by the large costs, especially related to the budgets to scaffold the building. As luck would have it Judy stumbled across a leaflet promotion from CPR Facade Upgrades promoting our Scaffold-Free™ technology for carrying out remedial facade upgrades and the great cost savings associated with our Patented
