The Challenge

Elevated directly over a thriving shopping village, Eastgate Gardens presented classic “difficult-access” pain points:

Zero tolerance for footpath or traffic closures.

Aged coating systems on both towers requiring full remediation, yet only limited anchor infrastructure was available.

Residents needing quiet enjoyment and clear sightlines throughout the project.

Traditional full-height scaffolding would have blown out the budget, obstructed retail trade and extended the programme well past the strata committee’s deadline.

Our Solution

CPR’s director-led team designed an end-to-end remedial and repaint package anchored by our Portable Elevator Access Rope System (PEARS®):

Minimised Disruption – Quick, non-damaging rig-up each morning and silent operation kept residents, shoppers and motorists moving unimpeded.

Integrated QA – SkyGridding™ digital mapping logged every defect and repair in real-time, feeding into SFS360® quality checks and photographic records for warranty compliance.

Lean Programme Management – A 15-person Upseiling® crew cycled trades efficiently, allowing spray, roller and remedial teams to operate concurrently.
