The Challenge

Astoria Tower occupies a land-locked site in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, bordered by a Meriton Suites complex, a Wilson Parking station and a live construction site converting a heritage warehouse into “Prefecture 48”, a multi-million-dollar hospitality precinct.

With narrow footpaths, constant traffic and 28 storeys of hard-to-reach elevations, the Owners Committee had postponed a full façade upgrade for years, fearing:

Our Solution

Upseiling® teams rotated render repairs, joint replacement and spray applications simultaneously, compressing the schedule and avoiding night works.
