The Challenge

A busy corner site directly opposite the railway station, constant pedestrian traffic
and hotel operations made traditional scaffolding a non-starter. After 17+ years
without major façade works, the building had widespread concrete spalling,
deteriorated render, and failing coatings—while the Owners Committee needed zero
business disruption, tight safety controls and a predictable program.

Our Solution

Scaffold-Free™ Access Engineering

We designed and certified a project-specific SkyPod® remedial workstation and deployed PEARS® to service every elevation without blocking footpaths, entries or views.

High-Volume Defect Rectification

Using our Sky-FIMMS™ mapping and deep quality inspections, CPR completed 3,000+ individual defect repairs, including concrete spalling treatment and render reinstatement.

Envelope Protection

Applied an ARDEX waterproof membrane across all exterior walls to lock out moisture and extend façade life.

Tight Live-Site Controls

Director-led supervision, staged work zones and clear resident/hotel communications minimised inconvenience and kept the station precinct moving.
