Project overview

This beautiful 1934 heritage listed ex-Colonial Mutual Life property was being redeveloped and renovated into a seven level residential apartment block.

CPR/FUS consulted with local council to make sure that all colour schemes were met with heritage guidelines and were approved prior to commencement.

The buildings façade had not been painted in over 30 years and was in a real mess with considerable peeling in various areas. We also had to work following safe guidelines for removing lead based paints which we are very familiar with.

It was a pleasure working on such a historic and lovely building.

The outcome was outstanding and this key project won the award for the Master Painters Best Heritage
project.

Our team were very proud of our achievement
