This 13-level apartment building on busy William St., in the heart of Sydney was previously painted when it was built. The white paint was very dirty and looking poor.

The owners commissioned CPR/FUS to undertake the repaint based on competitive pricing and the fact that our scaffold free system would minimise interruptions and noise to the occupants.

They were impressed by our long list of completed key projects around Sydney, over 250 to date and by
the fact that our system allowed us to use the best qualified painter and decorators, not simple brush hands which is often the case with conventional rope access.

Safety was of high order as ground level pedestrian traffic was busy.

We employed our usual planning and timetabling by our operations department so as the job could be executed with maximum efficiency and highest order workmanship.

The works completed were incident-free and the building manager was ecstatic with how easy the
major project had been completed.
