Project overview
The “Fairways”, located at the seaside of Wollongong, is a significant building of 9 levels with 60 units and beautiful lines that required for an exterior repaint of its facade, render repairs and resealing damaged joints.
Our staff of painters used our scaffold-free system, PEARS™, to reach the double storey balconies. The PEARS™ helped our tradesmen paint without disturbing the daily life of the residents living in Fairways.
The rainy season made it challenging to paint the building. However it didn’t stop our team of painters from delivering a fresh new facade within schedule.
